Portland senior forward Christine Sinclair enjoyed a monster week to earn the WCC Player of the Week honor. Sinclair tallied an amazing eight goals and two assists, leading the Pilots to a 3-0 record. In the Pilots' 6-0 win at Oregon, the Burnaby, B.C. native scored a career-high five goals and assisted on the other score. Sinclair is just the third player in UP history to score five or more goals, joining Tori Rogel (6 - 1990) and Linda Brock (6 - 1982). Her 11-point performance was also third highest on the Pilot single-game charts. Sinclair added a goal and an assist in UP's 3-0 win over San Diego State then tallied both goals in the Pilots' 2-0 win over Pacific.
